Hi.
Today I had my first 12-hour morning shift, and I decided to run to work.
In the evening, after getting back home, I took my son's dog Dante for a walk.

Ahoj.
Dneska jsem měl první ranní 12 hod směnu.
Rozhodl jsem se do práce běžet.
Večer po návratu z práce, jsem ještě synovi vyvenčil Dantíka.
The weather is still nice, around 8 degrees Celsius in the morning.
Running with a headlamp and spotting glowing eyes in the bushes along the bike path is always amazing 🤩.

Zatím je počasí pořád dobré a ráno bylo asi 8 stupňů.
Běhat za svitu čelovky a vidět ty svítící oči v křoví podél cyklostezky je úžasný 🤩
I ran home from work while it was still light, and soon I’ll be running to and from work in the dark.

Z práce jsem běžel ještě za světla, za chvilku poběžím do práce a z práce za tmy.
I also took Dantík for a short walk in the meadow near the housing estate.

Dantíka jsem vzal jen na chvilku na louku u sídliště.
