I didn't have much time today as I slept in after working the night shift. In the afternoon, given the weather and time constraints, I worked out at home on the elliptical.
Before heading out for another 12-hour shift, I managed to walk my son's dog, Dante, and then our own dogs.

Dneska nebylo moc času. Dopoledne jsem dospával po noční a odpoledne jsem si vzhledem k počasí a časovému presu zacvičil doma na eliptickém trenažéru.
Před odjezdem na další dvanáctihodinovou směnu jsem ještě stihl vyvenčit synova psa Danteho a potom i naše psy.
