In the afternoon, we went for a walk with the dogs, and later that evening, I went for a run.

Odpoledne jsme šli na procházku se psy a večer jsem si šel ještě zaběhat.
During the walk, we tried to avoid the salted sidewalks.

Při procházce jsme se snažili vyhýbat posoleným chodníkům.
Since my agility training with Cesmína had been canceled earlier, I decided to go for a run instead.
Garmin recommended that I rest because I'm still struggling to find my stride after the holidays; however, I’ll be at work all day for the next three days, so I'll take my break from running then.
I also tried out my snow cleats for the first time.

Odpoledne mi odpadl trénink agility s Cesmínou, tak jsem si šel místo toho zaběhat.
Garmin mi sice doporučoval odpočinek, protože se po svátcích stále nemůžu dostat do tempa, ale další tři dny budu celý den v práci, tak si od běhání odpočinu.
Poprvé jsem také na sněhu vyzkoušel nesmeky.
