I haven't donated until now because I used to think that maybe someday I will wear them again

I'm the same. I guess when we get to a certain age we just feel differently about our wardrobe. I feel like I want to have select pieces that I love and just rotate how I wear them. It's a big change that makes me feel better. Less clutter and less responsibility for maintaining them, indeed:))
