‎Hola, amigos de la comunidad PhotographyLovers,hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia muy entretenida y fotogénica que viví men la añana mientras limpiaba el patio de mi casa.De momento una hermosa y colorida mariposa llamó mi atención y volaba de un lado a otro por los alrededores, como si buscara un refugio seguro o un lugar para posarse, lo curioso es que pasó un buen rato haciendo exactamente lo mismo,se alejaba por unos segundos y luego regresaba de inmediato a la misma planta,a mi planta de parchita. Entonces busque en internet un poco, y descubrí que se trata de una mariposa Espejitos, y resulta que mi planta de parchita es su planta favorita donde suele poner sus huevos.

Hello, friends of the PhotographyLovers community! Today I want to share with you a very entertaining and photogenic experience I had this morning while cleaning my patio. Suddenly, a beautiful and colorful butterfly caught my attention and was flying back and forth around the area, as if looking for a safe haven or a place to land. The curious thing is that it spent quite a while doing the exact same thing: flying away for a few seconds and then immediately returning to the same plant, my passion fruit plant. So I did a little research online and discovered that it was a Wood Star butterfly, and it turns out that my passion fruit plant is its favorite plant, where it usually lays its eggs.

Su comportamiento me pareció tan curioso que decidí buscar mi celular e intentar capturar este momento o aunque sea un minuto. No fue nada fácil porque al estar en constante movimiento lograr un enfoque preciso en pleno vuelo se convirtió en todo un reto y paciencia.

Its behavior struck me as so curious that I decided to grab my phone and try to capture the moment, or at least a minute of it. It wasn't easy at all, because with it constantly moving, achieving a precise focus mid-flight became quite a challenge and required a lot of patience.

Aunque algunas tomas fueron difíciles debido a su velocidad me entusiasma mucho compartirlas porque logré captar la esencia del momento. Al final de su inspección hacia la planta, la pequeña visitante encontró el escondite perfecto y se refugió bajo las grandes hojas verdes de la planta.

Although some shots were difficult due to its speed, I'm very excited to share them because I managed to capture the essence of the moment. At the end of its inspection of the plant, the little visitor found the perfect hiding place and took refuge under the plant's large green leaves.

Al acercarme con cuidado para hacer unas fotos desde abajo, logré capturar algo maravilloso, capté a la mariposa en su momento de descanso.

As I carefully approached to take some photos from below, I managed to capture something wonderful; I caught the butterfly in its moment of rest.

Al final pude acercarme un poco más para retratarla en primer plano mientras abría sus alas bajo la sombra protectora de las hojas, revelando sus colores antes de quedarse completamente tranquila.

Finally, I was able to get a little closer to photograph her in the foreground as she opened her wings under the protective shade of the leaves, revealing her colors before becoming completely still.

En las fotos pude apreciar claramente el color naranja de sus alas,y los dibujos en negro que resalta aún más el color naranja contrastando de forma espectacular con el verde intenso de la vegetación,fue un rato muy divertido que me recordó lo hermoso que es detenerse a observar las interacciones perfectas de la naturaleza.

In the photos I could clearly appreciate the orange color of its wings, and the black markings that further highlight the orange color, contrasting spectacularly with the intense green of the vegetation. It was a very fun time that reminded me how beautiful it is to stop and observe the perfect interactions of nature.
