Good morning everyone, dear friends and Photography Lovers🙌📸
Continuing from yesterday's post, today is the second part, with photos and a description of the Main Railway Station in Zagreb, the capital of my beautiful Croatia
So, let's go see this post and 📸📸
Zagreb Main Station – the heart of travel and history 🚂💙
In the very center of Zagreb, where the past and the present meet, stands the Main Railway Station – an elegant 19th-century building that sees off and welcomes passengers from all over the world every day. Its monumental neo-Renaissance facade, designed by Hungarian architect Ferenc Pfaff, still exudes the same grandeur with which it opened back in 1892.
So, let's see first the photos of the station surroundings
In front of the station is King Tomislav Square (about which I wrote and presented photos in the last post) favorite place for strolling, resting on a bench, and admiring the impressive view of the Art Pavilion and the green spaces surrounding this urban oasis. In summer, this area comes alive with the hustle and bustle of festivals and events, while in winter it shines in the magical atmosphere of Advent.
And now, much more interesting photos of the station interior for me
And to end the post, the always interesting underpass that goes under the station and leads to certain platforms. They are currently being renovated, so they are not in their full glory.
All photos were taken with Nikon D750, 50mm lens which I love, 1.8 aperture, ISO value and shutter speed variable. They were processed in Photoshop.
This is all for Today, see you Tomorrow
