In normal day-to-day living I think everybody will agree that when you hear the word "repetition", you start thinking boredom...
Even though we know that repetition has it's benefits. When we need to learn something new, repetition is one of the best and most known principles to be used to master a new movement, action, or task. But even then, this is where many would fall off the bus, because they get bored and just give up.
But there is one form of repetition that I love! It feels like a magnetic force that is just pulling me in! And that is repetition in nature.
So, it is no surprise that I got excited when I saw the theme for this week's Friendlymoose Photo Contest.
The theme for this week is...yes, you've guessed right...REPETITION!
Immediately my thoughts went back to a recent walk we had in Winston Park, just outside of Hillcrest, west of Durban, South Africa.
The first photo in this post will be my entry for this week's Friendymoose Photo Competition.
Looking down this lane of trees, it becomes irresistible...you just have to pass through.
I'll end this post with the last photo, with the trees repeating as far as the eye can see down this lane.
