First of all, let me throw in an eye-catcher (everybody love cats, right?) for today is #Caturday. Two kitties we met at a citypark with my daughter, and barely could part with; those two kitties were really full of love and tenderness.

Uncropped version of the photo above.

Spring; the start of boating season!

Nowdays it might become a hard task for a cameraman to take a picture of a reading man or woman (at least you manage to stage it yourself). But St.Petersburg is the cultural capital of Russia (didnt you know that?) People read books here - in the subway, in the parks, in the streets. They do not look into smartphones only, I swear!

The blackthorn bush in the park has started to bloom - it's impossible not to take a selfie, even an unfamiliar cyclist asked me to take a photo of it to capture this beauty!

Art on the streets.

A (growing) chess gross meister.

The street seller - happy with life and himself (at the biggest city flea market "Udelka").

A cyclist near the Vassilievsky Isle Strelka - one of the most tourist-attractive must-see places of the city. A beautiful camping spot for street paparazzi, I must say.

Nothing intresting happens here in terms of #street #scene - I just selected this frame to add to my post as a coda, and my entry for this week #Photofeed #cityscape #photography challenge. An ordinary piece of the street not so far from Aurora cruiser's permanent anchorage at the Petrogradskaya Embankment. Isnt it a cool wide-angle composition, let me ask you?
