Sublime and Beautiful Sunday at the zoo again
Health update
I am doing pretty good got somewhat used tot he puree diet and doing well on it have had no stomach issues, still loosing weight but not so fast now am at 152 lbs but I do feel my energy levels are picking up so its all good
in fact last night I did think about heading out for a walk this morning, but made the mistake of mentioning it to my wife, and she is not keen on the idea, I cannot say I blame here last time i had stiches on my arm after some skin cancer was removed, against her advise I decided to head out for a photo walk before the stiches were removed and slipped and tugged my arm and ripped a few of the stiches, so I agreed this time no walks till the stiches are out, only a week and a day away so I can handle that

Good Morning and i hope your weekend is going well
As I was looking for shots to share in todays post, I realized its been over 3 weeks now since my last walk , so sharing shots from previous walks, this one from a walk at the zoo here in New Bedford where i live
I cant blame the weather for my lack of walks for the most part it has been pretty nice but the stomach cramps time in hospital etc have slowed me down a bit.
its funny for close to a year I was very focused on eating healthier and getting a good step count in each day to loose weight, and finally got down to 165lbs which I felt was a good weight and even my Doctor on my yearly check said thats enough, slow down and try and stay at that weight, and then maybe es than a week later my stomach issues cramps etc started, and since then in maybe 2 and a half weeks i have lost another 12 lbs, being on a drip, liquid diet and now puree diet of course is a big factor and i know I will put some weight back on but it just strikes me as funny, or maybe I am just being my normal positive self and trying to see good and humor wherever i can.
Now I am preparing this a week in advance so hoping by the time I share this post my energy levels will have picked up and I will have been out for a walk :)
