Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Lovely spring colors popping up all over

Lovely spring colors popping up all over

This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.

I think the most sublime and beautiful thing at this time of year are all the spring colors coming out its like the earth awakening from a long slumber over the winter months, which really seemed to drag on this year.

Today I am sharing a few shots of flowers, taken from walks in Haskell Gardens, and Buttonwood Park, both here in New Bedford, an in my mind both Jewels of the city, as I have said Buttonwood Park is called by many the crown jewel of the city, and I consider Haskell Gardens a hidden jewel and it seems it is not so well know by many people here.

At this time of year if I get out for a walk during the day chances are it will be to one of these places.
In fact on the 24th I plan to go to Haskell Gardens as they is a photography/Artists group that covers both New Bedford and Fall river and there having a meetup there, will be the first time I join up with one of their photo walks, So hopefully the weather is nice and it goes ahead, or I dont chicken out.
Why chicken out you may wonder, I am actually a pretty shy guy and dont do well with meeting new people and in the past mostly avoid events like this, but I am going to try and force myself to get out of my comfort zone

Sorry I know I tend to waffle on sometimes at the start of my post, so lets get back to the subject and spring colors

I have shared a coupleof shots of trees but today will focus on flowers and blossoms,

Starting with a blossom, I think this may be a star magnolia

Wow, some of these flowers look so different and beautiful. The one that caught my eye the most was the blue flower, which looked so pretty and cool.
