Luna de Miel En La Mano: Virus - My musical choice of the day and Rising Star Statistics

Hello, everyone! Today I will be continue to share high-quality songs, share how I discovered them, and share some interesting facts about them. To top it all off, I will also include several tables with the statistics compiled by the Rising Star game.

Since May, I have been creating a playlist to keep track of the latest songs I have discussed in my posts. This will help me keep track of the songs I have used so I dont end up repeating them. The last song I talked about in my last post is: Move Bitch from the artist Ludacris, Mystikal and I-20.

My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is Luna de Miel En La Mano from the iconic argentine band Virus.

My choice today is one of the bands my mother listened to most, and one that I only started listening to a few years ago, even though it was always present in some way. Virus played in the background at home or on the radio, but at the time I didn't pay much attention to them. Over time, I realized that many of those songs were more ingrained in my head than I thought, even though I didn't know they were by the same group or what their name was.

During my teenage years, Argentine rock caught my attention again, mainly when I started making playlists and listening to music more often. Along the way, I discovered bands like Attaque 77, Intoxicados, Ciro y Los Persas, and Las Pastillas del Abuelo, and from there I started to go back a little further.

That's when Virus started to appear in Spotify's recommendations, and I realized that several songs sounded familiar, as if I already knew them, but it was only then that I was listening to them with attention. I ended up talking to my mother, who told me that she and my father used to be big fans of this group.

I don't remember the exact moment when I first heard Luna de Miel en la Mano, but I know that every time I hear it, it brings back fond memories of my childhood.... That's why it means so much to me and why I've chosen it for today's post.

Virus was an Argentine band formed in the early 1980s and is one of the most important Argentine rock bands of that era. The group was led by Federico Moura, who was one of the band's most representative figures, accompanied by different musicians over the years.

In my opinion, they had a much more pop style, similar to other bands of the time such as Los Abuelos de la Nada.
