In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.
After I finished going through the hundred songs provided by Spotify that I listened to the most in the last year, I have thought of adding songs of my choice from my "Like" list that has more than 1000 songs. The last song I talked about in my last post was: Gentleman of PSY
How Am I Supposed to Live without You: Laura Branigan.
My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is How Am I Supposed to Live Without You of the italo-american artist Laura Branigan.
Laura Branigan is one of my favorite pop artists from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. I first learned about her thanks to the video game Grand Theft Auto Vice City. I've downloaded two songs from it: "I Just Died in Your Arms" by Cutting Crew and "Self Control" by her.
I loved "Self Control" so much that I listened to it for several days in a row, making it into my top 10 global pop songs. That led me to continue researching all of her musical works, to see if I might find another surprise.
Exploring her Spotify profile, I found that the famous song "Gloria" was hers. We also discovered songs I hadn't heard before, like "How Am I Supposed to Live without You," "Power of Love," "Ti Amo," and "Spanish Eddie."
Laura Branigan was born in 1952 in New York, United States. She was a singer well known for her beautiful voice and her presence in the music of the 80s. Her career took off thanks to the release of her debut album called Branigan in 1982. In that album, she included one of her most famous songs: Gloria.
How Am I Supposed to Live Without You is a song written by Michael Bolton and Doug James. The song became famous when the artist Laura Branigan used it to launch it commercially. It reached number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100.

However, the application didn't always work, so this time we will be using a Discord bot that is in charge of returning a winner from among all the comments on a Hive post.
