Rising Star - My Daily song choice, Daily Rising Star statistics and giveaway of 150,000 starbits - Mother: Danzig

In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.

Starting in May, I started to create a playlist to keep track of the last songs I commented on in my posts. It will be useful for me not to doubt if I had already talked about a song before or not. The last song is Ojos de dragón! of the band Las Pastillas del Abuelo

My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is Mother of the heavy metal group Danzig.

My choice today is again influenced by the world of video games. Video games are a pretty good tool to spread music, just like movies and series. Video games use different types of music depending on their style. Some, like The Witcher, Kingdom Come Deliverance or Bloodborne, have original soundtracks that reinforce the atmosphere. Others, such as FIFA or Rocket League, include music by alternative artists. There are also games like Fallout: New Vegas that use classic themes, such as those of Frank Sinatra, to accompany their scenes or the environment.

One of the games where I have obtained more songs is the legendary Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. This game has an impressive amount of stations for a game of the time, where they go over several classics from the 90's to backing Hip-Hop, Jazz, Country, Rock and other genres of music. My favorite radio station is K-Rose, where I get a lot of country songs that I've loved and wouldn't have heard otherwise, like "Amos Moses," "Queen of Hearts," "New York City," and "Three Cigarettes in an Ashtray."

I discovered today's song thanks to a radio station called "Radio X," which has several international rock hits. Although it's not in my top radio stations, I think it has some great music like "Mother" by Danzig, "Personal Jesus," and "Welcome to the Jungle."

Danzig is an American heavy metal band founded in 1987 by Glen Danzig, accompanied by John Christ, Eerie Von, and Chuck Biscuits. The group's songs include some locally well-known hits, such as "Mother," "Am I Demon," and "Twist of Cain."

The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application.
