In this space I will be giving away STARBITS, sharing my experience with a song, telling how I discovered it, and providing interesting information about it. Then I will include several tables with statistics of the Rising Star game.

Starting in May, I started to create a playlist to keep track of the last songs I commented on in my posts. It will be useful for me not to doubt if I had already talked about a song before or not. The last song is I don't Want To Set The World On Fire of the group The Ink Spots

My song of choice on Spotify for today's post is Six Days - Remix of the artists DJ Shadow, Mos Def

I have already talked about many songs that I have discovered thanks to the influence of series like Sons of Anarchy and Suits or video games like Fallout, Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, Saints Row and others. In today's case, it's a song that I discovered thanks to my favorite movie of the Fast and Furious saga.

The movie in question is Fast and Furious: Tokyo Challenge. If I'm not mistaken it is the third or fourth installment of the saga, where there is a new American protagonist who moves to Japan and wants to get into the world of Drift. Thanks to this movie I have discovered very good songs like Bandoleros by Don Omar and Tego Calderon, Tokyo Drift by the Teriyaki Boyz, Conteo by Don Omar and Six Dayz by DJ Shadow and Mos Def.

This is another case that proves that video games, series and movies, always open the doors to new music, either old or current alternative artists.

DJ Shadow (Joshua Paul Davis) is an American DJ and producer of instrumental Hip Hop and electronic music. His first success was with his debut album Endtroducing released in 1996, considered one of the most important albums of electronic music.

For the year 2006, he participated in the soundtrack of the well-known movie saga Rapidos y Furiosos, where he composed with Mos Def one of the most important songs of the film: Six Days.

The new format will be similar to the one we used some time ago, using the Hive Tools application.
