Driving with the fogs you should have eyes as clear as hawk😁.
I thought just an x-ray machine is ok already for the cargo once they passed it. You still need to check it one by one😬.

Well some of the cargo is too big for Xray plus it would take longer to empty a container than bring it inside to get scanned. Some containers have 25-50 boxes, cases or crates in them.
