Customers comfortability should be of paramount

A reputable inter-state transportation company has broken the trust that their customers have on them by going back on their words on how they meant to treat their customers. This has made many customers complain and threatened to withdraw their patronage if the management do not attend to their complaints as possible.

Managerial skills is one of the most important skills needed for every establishment run successfully.

This transport made provision for their customers to be comfortable while traveling and they have a bus for their logistics as well, that means every luggage(waybill) should go through their logistics and not in the bus that their customers board there by making them uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, for the past two weeks this company has been the opposite of what the made their cutomers believe.
It was my first time making a long distance journey with this the company in question based on recommendation, it was a different ball game from the comfortability i was told about, we had to climb hills and mountais to make use of the restroom at a stop over park. How can this be my first experience with this people I asked myself. It wasn't the imagination i had in my head about this journey. Oh!! If only they make use of their suggestions box to make some decisions.

A first time customer who had such an ugly experience wouldn't want to come to patronize such establishment. Any company who has made name would feel relaxed and wouldn't want to bring in innovation.
