Sounds like space is tight for you. It does shrink down when kids are involved. Have fun with the redesign. My parents had a built in cupboard designed for their kitchen that included a desk. For some strange reason some people like to hide the technology!
I have my own room, but it's packed with tech and music gear. I may have to rearrange some time, especially if I get more 3d printing gear.

Yeah, man, space is really tight, we're living with Aimees' parents, and the house is an okay size if it wasn't for being overcrowded. The redesign should hopefully make things a bit better though
I can recommend the Bambu A1. It's on special offer for now. I've printed a load of stuff with no issues. Could you find space for it?
That's the main thing holding me back from buying one at the moment, I'd need to figure out where I'd be able to set it up
