As we know that, Summer is extended day by day with warm sun and golden skies, but we also forget about one of the most important things about our bodies need like hydration. It may seem like a bit of a problem in this hot weather, but the truth is that your mood and energy levels will remain hydrated to your skin and sleep.

I write this not only as a health tip, but as a gentle memory for you, especially for someone special that starts with the simplest love of love in my life. Drinking water may not look romantic, but hydration is mild narcissism. And it deserves it


Why Summer Season Demands More From Us


During the hot season like summer, when we get hard work from our bodies but also to keep us cool. Means that we will lose even water through sweat and breathing during hard work. But many of us just drink water when we are thirsty and are already slightly dehydrated by then.

Dehydration can cause illness like fatigue, headaches, dull skin, or affect our focus from work. Hence, it is extremely most important to be proactive, especially in the summer.

How to Stay Hydrated the Smart Way


Here now I will present calm and valuable ways to stay hydrated and stay in an amazing mood throughout the season.

1. Take small, frequent Sips:

You Do not wait until when your neck is dry or hydrated. Take a bottle of water and take a small sip all day after few minutes. Whether you are working, reading, or relaxing, your body will thank you.

2. Information Water = Health + Clean

Add lemon, mint, cucumber and berry slices to the water. Not only does it taste like a taste, it also looks even more beautiful, so I would like to drink more. Try the following combination:

Lemon + mint

Orange + ginger

Cucumber + basil

It’s a mini experience in every sip.

3. Hydration Through Food

Did you know many fruits and veggies are mostly water? Snack on:

Watermelon (92% water)
