I was once on a training course where many people didn't even know that you hardly have to expect any consequences even if you make a mistake. I think fear is, as is so often the case, the biggest obstacle.
Yes @vanje fear is biggest enemy. I can't ignore it but the person should know what is his capability and why there are here and what they can do in this situation.
