Depends what kind of lifestyle someone wants but in the United States a lot of people move to Arkansas or Missouri and become homesteaders and grow and catch a lot of their food.

Also people moving to South East Asia. Vietnam, Thailand, Bali. Seems like someone could get by there on $800 / month and be somewhat comfortable.
