It saves one from the frustration of wanting to quit from the platform. This is one of the things that has helped me in this space. And a lot of users here are gladly and readily available to help out. So, it is imperative you ask questions to avoid getting lost on track.
Unlearn, Learn And Relearn: Hive is a citadel of learning on its own like I usually tell anyone around me who cares to listen. To succeed you have to unlearn whatever you think you know, learn how the system works and relearn new features present here. Irrespective of your qualifications it is advisable you drop your professional knowledge and learn new ideas here that will enhance your growth.
Have A Mentor: No one is an island of knowledge as experience enhances efficiency. The knowledge of those who have actively been in the system for years can not be compared to that of a person who just joined. This will also help you navigate your way to the right direction to avoid some possible avoidable mistakes in this space .
Explore And Join Communities: Hive is a platform with so many communities, upon onboarding, explore the various communities and join according to your niche. And don't forget to read the community's guidelines, very important. To avoid sanctions as a result of defaulting. As much as possible be active in them by engaging with other users through their posts. This will grow your network, after all no one is an island. It is a social platform built on love, explore it.
Be Original: One of the things I like about Hive is the zero tolerance for plagiarism. It's all about proof of your brain. If it is necessary to use someone else's work, please acknowledge them. Hive rewards you based on your creativity. To succeed in this space you have to shun using other people's work and build yourself because everyone has something great inside them.
Be Determined And Consistent: To thrive in the Hive Blockchain Community be determined to show up everyday. Write at least one post on a daily basis and make meaningful comments in communities across the platform. Get involved in Hive’s CTA tasks, this is also another way to expand your horizons.
