I always find the need for some motivation to continue life because life itself it's a lot.
Challenges makes one feel so less and useless, the truth about this situation is just a phase that some forces controls.
Which will eventually pass but during that trial time, it's always difficult for someone to hold on strong and continue to breath well.
During this period, it's only motivation that can win the game.
I always appreciate myself when I make new beneficial friends.
I mean people I can comfortably talk to and they would understand me.
Because it's through them I drive my motivation, when I am down and bottle everything in, it suffocates me more but when I share how I feel, I comfortably and freely share my problems.
When though the solution doesn't come easily, I feel a heavy weight lifted away from my shoulder once I share it with someone.
I believe my friends to speak words that would motivate me.
That's my first shot to where I get my motivation.
The second is writing how I feel down.
This is weird but it helps me to figure some certain things out.
Once I feel down and need some uplifting.
I write down whatever I feel, trying to figure out the core problem and know how to tackle it.
The last is trying to recall all the good memories and things I have achieved.
I place them to compare if I wasn't alive,how it could have been for me.
I drive motivation in appreciating my journey so far and how good God has been to me.
I also try to remember how I overcame some previous challenges.
Then, with that I would give myself a gentle tap on the shoulder and say "You have done well, you will do well, you are doing well even though it's not smooth, but it's worth celebrating".
These are what I do to be motivated and move on.
