There's a habit that changed my life, and that is undoubtedly sports. I used to be very sedentary, only walking when necessary, without caring about physical activity. But a few years ago, when the opportunity arose to While studying for a Bachelor's degree in Education, I began to develop a habit of playing sports. In other words, the interest in sports that I had felt as a child, when I was more active, was rekindled.

Studying Physical Education forced me to create a very beneficial exercise routine. I feel more active and ready for sports. I work with secondary school students, and I have to be 100% active and ready to encourage them to also be drawn to sports.

The habit of playing sports keeps you active, in good shape, and agile. I try to encourage my students to practice some sport so they can discover its benefits. My children have been drawn to sports; in fact, my oldest son is a basketball player. I am very proud of him, and part of his sporting habit is due to living all this time with a mother who has the habit of playing sports.

Practicing some kind of sport is always necessary for health and to keep our bodies active and our minds sharp. These are the main reasons why the habit of playing sports has changed my life and gives me the motivation every day to continue with my students. Who knows, maybe some of them will acquire this habit and it will change their lives as it did mine and my son's.
