Yeah, I think that downvotes should have a justification to be used, because others have the right of know what causes it, specially the downvoted people.

I am not against downvoting per se, but those who use it must be extra cautious. If done for the wrong reason or carelessly, I think that could possibly be one reason why the Hive community struggles to grow.
