We all are on Hive as we love to use it. Although the Hive price is far low then the time we joined Hive but still we're on Hive because we also have fun here with people in engaging with them. But as we know everything has good and bad aspects similar to Hive Blockchain. We can't say Hive Blockchain is without flaw's.

Good things about Hive!!!
When we joined Hive we obviously want to earn money but later we know it's far beyond earning money as Hive is about other things too. I know people joined Hive to earn money but here not only we earn money but we make a identity on web 3, we make friends in different corner's of the world. We communicate with different people.
People who don't know English well can write their blogs in their native language and then use translator for English and can post in dual language. Hangouts on discord related to Hive give us another experience to connect with people on voice and text. Sometimes I also joined hangout and have fun with discussing different topics and listen their point of view on the same topic. So, I think that's the really good things about Hive.
Bad thing's about Hive!!!
With the three years of experience on Hive, I noticed that there's not a fair system of curation. I noticed less efforts post gets really good rewards but still some good effort's post can't earn rewards which they deserve. It's just like curator only curate's the people of their radar, once you're in then you'll get for shit posts too.
For me Hive isn't only for earnings but i think my earnings aren't enough on Hive that i say i can do something with the money. No matter sometimes i put efforts in my posts but i never get rewards from whales because I'm not in their radar, believe me now I'm losing hope to come in their radar and I feel okay with what I'm getting. As I'm Happy because I've friends here, I've people here who believe in me and that's enough sometimes.
On Monday we're discussing about Hive in hive learner hangout and we're talking that people have to suffer when they get withdrawal from Hive. Basically i think it's people's own money aso it's their right to get withdrawal when need as obviously they've to fulfill the needs of life but they've less K.E ratio which doesn't make a good reputation for their accounts and many curator's see the K.E ratio.
My final opinion!!
I come to a point that Hive isn't only about earning money it's something else, something we should think about other than money. Believe me people who don't care about money are on Hive today because they know it has it's own charm.
