Or Cash Out your rewards, according to me, in Hive ia definitely the key part that keeps us moving on Hive despite desperate crash.
I would definitely like to make use of hive on a long run, meaning power up, but not always does this happen. So I would like to go hand in hand with both power up and cash out. But cash out only in emergency situation for sure.
My power up is rather low, thinking let me grow and will later power up. But looks like this action,in my case, has become too rare or I can say in the waiting mode. The result while powering up is rather a slow and steady growth enlightening us every now and then. I wish I could follow up and be consistent atleast, first of every month.
Cash out gives me happiness on a short run. This indeed is on a slow process, and happens especially when in need of Children's necessities. Though they are grown up and just started their career, they take care to manage their own finances. Nevertheless, troubling us even during crucial period.
If I talk about cash out from rewards, I usually do it silently, in the case of my children. Probably when they plan a budget friendly trip, or to buy any accessories when the expiry period has over, or when they drop any of their favourite purchase due to cash shortage or may be it is more than their expected budget etc.
Few such things, when it comes to my notice, I make sure to assist them even without their knowledge. I do this not to help them, but to find happiness in me. Sitting in the comfort zone of my home and making a small amount, is definitely a moment of pride.
Another moment of happiness while Cashing out, is during my parent's visit. Few moments of joy can never be expressed.
Finally, my startegy is not limited to long run or cash out. Its just the happiness I find, when I put something in writing with a small reward. And this is what keeps me moving, despite a slow personal growth and this is what keeps my mind occupied, despite a busy schedule.
