First, given all the work you've done over time for Hive, I think it's only fair that you set the level of work you want to do, going forward. But in terms of my hope, it would continue to be fulltime, and at a competitive payrate so that you're never wasting time second-guessing being here.

As far as backpay, it's amazing to me that anyone would ever question the usefulness of backpay for quality work. Every business in the world would be amazingly happy to pay employees years later for work they did ahead of time, when its easy to see the quality of the work, and all the risk of paying before it's possible to fully evaluate the work is removed. Only the most shortsighted person could miss how advantageous this is.
