Crim, you know I got nothing but love for you and I'm going to tell you exactly what I've told you for years:

You should be getting paid for all the work you do for HIVE. You're easily one of the most pivotal and vital people to any chance of success that this blockchain has and you've literally proven it before taking a salary. I know you pour yourself into the job just I like I do with mine. Anyone that doesn't see that or understand it really doesn't matter anyway. You and I both know you could easily have a 6 figure job doing exactly what you do for other blockchains and if HIVE doesn't want to pay you at least some portion of what you're worth, then that would tell you everything you need to know about whether or not you should be killing yourself to try to make everyone else successful. Life is short, time is limited and from reading your post today, I feel like that is probably more apparent to you today than it was a year or so ago.

TLDR:
Please for the love of God get paid for the work you do or find someone that will pay you for it somewhere else. You deserve it.
