The reality is, with my extreme love (and mild allergy) to cats, they would destroy me through anti-histamine overdose.
I'm limited to white-knight felines, they put out less of the allergen than the flat-battery, onyx furred beasts you depict here.
That is true, three breasts pump out a furious amount of hair when they are older. Sometimes you can see it floating in the air. It plays havoc with me being savagely allergic but eventually I get used to it as long as I remember not to touch my face or eyes after petting them!
