For this weeks picks for Three Tune Tuesday
I’m picking three legendary bands! All fronted by legendary front women! Starting with Blondie! Then fellow late 1970’s band The Runaways! & finishing up with Siouxsie & The Banshees! All three bands first released music in the seventies and some didn’t last as long as others but these were some of the most influential bands ever! Especially for the lady rockers 2 come who were inspired by the Runaways all around, or the front women from Blondie and Siouxsie & The Banshees. People tend to skip the vlog and head right to the tunes so I’m dropping the vlogs for now, just scroll down & enjoy the music! 🎶

For my bonus tune I go with one of the members of the first pick above solo record tunes! Joan Jett and from her first solo artist release the song Bad Reputation! Although she wasn’t the lead vocalist on the first Runaways record, she did sing a lot of there second and third albums plus she wrote much of the music on all three records.

Im a huge fan of Siouxsie. Other ladies are super stars as well. (Tho I did not explore Jett heritage much ... yet). ) Adorable selection!!! 😍 !BEER and !PIZZA your way.

Absolutely awesome! I love them all! It's great to hear some of the most influential female artists of the late 70'a and into the early 80's. Many people don't realize just how much influence those bands still have on newer bands even today. Serious kickass TTT!
