I been trying to get better with eating and taking care of my self as well as getting back into my exercise and drinking some protein and creatine and also nice sauna sessions, but I have feel off for a weak, not really sure why but it's time to get back to the discipline!

We got a heat wave going so I figured a great time to hop in the sauna and capitalize on the extra heat, that was rough then a nice cold shower after, why ? To not be such a bitch playa, it also jolts a bit of life back after the sauna, no pain no gain!
Still a fair bit to do today but I will be doing some more working out be sure to eat some more and also make some protein smoothies.
Anyway that is about it, I am not really going to be getting more into the workout stuff for now on the blog but that may change in the future but for now just keeping it to my self and trying to get some consistency going
