I understand how you feel, sometimes time flies by and when we look back we realize that we haven't done everything we planned.
But don't beat yourself up too much about that, it's normal for motivation to fluctuate, especially when there's job uncertainty.
The important thing is that you are aware of it and you can start to resume those projects little by little.
