Good evening and warm greetings to all my dear and esteemed friends on Hive. I hope you are all doing well. Friends, today I've written a new story and I want to share it with you here in the thread. This one is about Nile. He's a very important musician in his band, perhaps too important. You'll see later why I say this. If you want to know what you have to go through to solve a problem, I invite you, as always, to read the story. I hope you enjoy it; with that said, let's begin.

Buenas noches y saludos cordiales para todos mis queridos y estimados amigos de hive. Deseo que se encuentren de lo mejor. Amigos pues hoy he escrito una nueva historia y quiero compartirla con ustedes acá en la cadena. Esta la escribí sobre Nile. El es un músico muy importante dentro de su banda, quizás demaciado. Ya verán más adelante por que digo esto. Si quieren saber por cuales sosas tienes que pasar para poder resolver un problema les invito como siempre a leer la historia. Espero que les guste, dicho esto entonces vamos comenzando.

Nile has been dealing with problems in his band for some time now, and it's no wonder. He's not just any expendable member who can be replaced easily. He's the leader of the band, and because of this, he has great responsibilities within the group. The curious thing about his life is that he became the leader purely through talent; he wasn't a founder of the group. He joined when the band was already formed and had been playing for a while—not much, but enough to have an experience he lacked. He joined as lead singer after the previous singer simply left. That singer wasn't the leader; that was the drummer. So when Nile joined, he wasn't going to replace anyone important; he was just another musician.

But when they started playing together, his way of guiding everyone, advising the leader on complicated band management issues, and suggesting the direction of the songs they would sing gradually earned him respect within the band. The lead drummer increasingly recognized Nile's talent and gradually ceded some control of the band to him. With that control, he was able to guide the band to a success they hadn't achieved before his arrival. For this reason, everyone agreed that he should be the leader, not the founding drummer.

Nile lleva tiempo lidiando con problemas en su banda, y no es para menos. El no es cualquier miembro precindible que se puede cambiar así como así. Es el lider de la banda y a causa de esto tiene grandes responsabilidades en el grupo. Lo curioso en su vida es que llegó a ser el lider por puro talento, el no fue un fundador del del grupo. El entró como cantante principal luego de que el anterior cantantes simplemente se fuera. Ese cantante no era el lider, era el baterista. Asi que cuando entró Nile no iba a reemplazar a nadie importante, solo era un musico más.

Pero cuando empezaron a tocar juntos su forma de guiarlos a todos, de aconsejar al lider en temas complicados de gestión de la banda y de proponer la dirección de los temas que se iban a cantar poco a poco se fue ganando el respeto dentro de la banda. El baterista lider del grupo cada vez fue reconociendo el talento de Nile así que le fue cediendo parte del control de la banda. Con ese control el pudo guiar la banda hacia un exito que no habían logrado alcanzar previamente antes de su llegada. Por esta razón todos estuvieron de acuerdo en que el debía ser el lider y no el baterista fundador.

This partnership worked incredibly well, but only for a while. Initially, they were great colleagues who worked together for the common good of the band. But as fame, goals, and success grew, each member's ego began to surface. Some started to believe they were better than others, and they thought they worked harder than others, even though that wasn't true. Because of this, arguments arose frequently over who should earn more and who should receive more credit for writing the songs. These fights became increasingly frequent and, above all, more intense, almost escalating into physical altercations. Nile was the band's anchor, so he did everything he could to calm them down. As their leader, he explained the importance of staying united for the good of the group and the harm they were doing by continuing to work the way they were, focusing only on their own well-being and not on the well-being of others.

These words of advice and motivational speeches worked for a while, but the tension never truly subsided. This began to affect Nile deeply, and increasingly so. He had to worry about the band and their creative path, and now, on top of that, maintaining order and control within the group, as if they were children. This caused him a lot of stress, and enjoying making music became torture. Things were about to spiral out of control, and no one even suspected it. In a live television interview with the band members, they were asked who was behind the group's best songs. Some started naming names, others pointing fingers. In short, each one let their ego show and declared themselves more important than the rest.

Esta unión entre ellos funcionó de lo mejor, pero solo por un tiempo. Al inicio fueron grandes compañeros que trabajaban juntos por el bien común de la banda. Pero según fueron avanzando fama, metas y exitos cada uno sacó a relucir lo peor del ego. Algunos empezaron a creerse mejor que otros. Y creian que trabajaban más que otros aunque eso en realidad no era cierto. A causa de esto había disputas muy seguidas por decidir quien debía ganar más y quién debía llevarse más merito por las creaciones de los temas que se cantaban. Eran peleas cada vez mas contantes y sobre todo más fuertes, que casi terminaban a los puños. Nile era el equilibrio dentro de la banda, así que hacia lo que estuviera en su mano para calmarlos. Les explicaba como lider lo importante que era mantenerse unidos por el bien del grupo, y el daño que les hacia seguir trabajando de esa forma como lo estaban haciendo, solo viendo el bien personal, y no del resto.

Estos consejos y discursos de motivación funcionaron por un tiempo pero no se calmaron nunca. Esto comenzó a afectar mucho a Nile, y cada vez de forma más fuerte. El tenia que preocuparse por la banda, y su camino creativo, y ahora además por mantener el orden y el control dentro del grupo, como si fueran niños. Esto le causaba mucho estrés y disfrutar haciendo musica se hizo un martirio. Las cosas se estaban a punto de salir de control y aún nadie lo imaginaban. En una entrevista en directo en televisión con los miembros de la banda se les preguntó quien era el que estaba detrás de los mejores temas de grupo. Algunos empezaron a decir que eran unos y otros. En fin que cada dejó salir su ego y decir que eran más importantes que el resto.

During the same interview, an argument erupted, escalating into a dispute and a fight. This was the final straw that Nile could no longer tolerate. This incident damaged the band and its credibility. Nile wasn't going to sacrifice his image for them any longer, so he asked to resign. He didn't even offer advice this time. He wished them luck before leaving but understood that he couldn't stay with them any longer.

He wanted to make music, not be around incompetent people who let their egos control them. When he left the band, several things happened; the band fell apart without its anchor, and now Nile has to clean up his image and prove he's not like them. He didn't want things to end this way, but they brought it on themselves. He'll continue singing, far from bad influences.

En la misma entrevista empezó una discusión que terminó en una disputa y una pelea. Esto fue el desastre que Nile ya no pudo aguantar más. Este incidente daño la banda y su credibilidad. Nile no iba a sacrificar más su imagen por ellos, así que pidió la renuncia. Ni siquiera los aconsejó esta vez. Les deseó suerte antes de irse pero comprendió que no podía seguir a su lado.
