Saludos cordiales y buenas noches queridos amigos de Buskeria. Estoy de regreso para compartirles mi nueva historia. Esta de hoy se la he dedicado a Vince. En esta historia he querido capturar un poco de las emociones que puede sentir alguien cuando es superado por alguien menor a el en todo sentido. Ya el titulo de este post les da una pista de lo que veremos. Espero que les guste la historia, les invito a dejarme sus opiniones en los comentarios, comenzamos.

Vince is someone who has built his career from the ground up, without shortcuts. His focus has always been on doing things right. He's been a singer for a long time with an impeccable track record. He's never been involved in scandals, excesses, or controversies. What he's achieved is purely thanks to his own talent and perseverance. He's been in the business so long that pressure and expectations no longer surprise him. He's learned to live with them. He often reminisces about how well things have gone for him, and it fills him with happiness.

Things have turned out well, but in his memories, there's a period in his life that tested him. It was a situation he didn't expect to evolve in that way or end like that. He had to make important decisions that, if he'd chosen poorly, could have tarnished or perhaps destroyed what he'd built. It all happened just a few years ago; he already had a well-established career and was quite successful. But during a visit to a recording studio, he met Miguel. Miguel was an inexperienced young man who wanted to be a singer but lacked the necessary resources.

Vince es alguien que ha construido su carrera desde abajo, sin atajos. Lo suyo ha sido siempre el trabajo bien hecho. Es cantante desde hace mucho con una trayectoria impecable, Nunca estuvo implicado en escándalos, ni excesos, o polémicas. Muchas veces se pone a recordar lo bien que le ha ido y eso lo llena de felicidad.

Las cosas han salido bien, pero en sus recuerdos hay una etapa de su vida que lo puso a prueba, fue una situación que el no se esperaba que evolucionara de esa forma ni que terminaría así. Tuvo que tomar decisiones importantes que si las hubiera elegido mal hubieran manchado o quizás destruido lo que ha construido. Todo ocurrió hace apenas unos años, ya el tenia toda su trayectoria establecida y tenia buen reconocimiento. Pero en una visita a un estudio de grabación conoció a Miguel. Miguel era un joven inexperto que quería ser cantante, pero no tenia los recursos necesarios.

He didn't have the money to pay for specialized studies, nor did he have the budget or the preparation to make his own music on his own. Vince, on the other hand, had everything he lacked, but above all, he had a big heart. He saw in Miguel the son he never had, and he also saw himself when he started out, with the same problems he had to overcome. He felt compassion for him, so that day when he met him, he decided to help him. This was something he had never done before; he had never mentored anyone, so he would have to learn how to do it.

This decision was difficult because one wrong step could affect his financial stability or his reputation as someone who didn't know how to teach well. But he was so impressed by Miguel's desire to succeed in music that he felt he had to help him despite the risks. After that meeting, they exchanged numbers and began a great professional friendship. A little while later, Vince began advising him on important industry matters. He helped him see, from his own experience, the steps he needed to take and what he should strive to achieve.

Then he began to take action to help him. He started providing him with funds from his estate so he could complete some extra studies and also learn to sing better. In addition, he personally taught him all his skills and tricks for improving his singing. Miguel was a boy who was very eager to learn, so he absorbed everything he was told. At the same time, his ability grew, and their friendship strengthened.

No tenía dinero para pagar estudios especializados, tampoco tenía el presupuesto o la preparación para hacer su propia música por sí solo. Vince por su parte tenía todo lo que él no tenía, pero sobre todas las cosas tenía un gran corazón. Le ayudó a ver desde su experiencia los pasos que tenía que dar y en que debía esforzarse por alcanzar.

Luego comenzó a pasar a la acción para ayudarlo. Le empezó proporcionar fondos de su patrimonio para que completara algunos estudios extras, también para que aprendiera a cantar mejor. Sumado a eso el mismo le enseñó todas sus habilidades y trucos para cantar mejor. Miguel era un chico que tenía muchas ganas de aprender así que absorbía todo lo que el le decía. Al mismo tiempo su habilidad iba creciendo al mismo tiempo que su amistad se fortalecía.

Since Miguel didn't have much influence in the music industry, Vince used his platform to give him a boost. He featured him alongside him on his social media, took him to interviews, and brought him along to concerts and events. Vince's goal was to use his influence to help Miguel take off and build his own audience. And this worked very well; it really helped a lot. Because Miguel was still a minor, Vince handled all his finances and also co-owned his songs. At this point, Miguel no longer needed Vince because he was now of legal age and possessed the experience Vince had imparted. Furthermore, he now had more resources and popularity than Vince himself. Vince never imagined this moment would arrive so quickly; he thought he would have to help his friend for many more years, but now everything had changed.

Miguel had surpassed him in every way. He had more experience with new generations, knew what they liked, and had far greater popularity and wealth. And it was here that the decision arose that could change his future and the reputation he had built. He had legal control over Miguel's material; he could claim credits, money for his years of assistance, and generally seek compensation in various respects. But Vince made the right decision. He never let envy control him, even though he had the power to easily do those things; he didn't.

Este disco superó todas las expectativas de la noche a la mañana. Fue un éxito tan abrumador que puso a Miguel entre los más populares cantantes. Además le abrió las puertas a muchos contratos con disqueras, y colaboraciones de todo tipo. Ganó millones con el disco. En este punto ya Miguel no necesitaba a Vince porque ya era mayor de edad, y tenia la experiencia que le había enseñado. Además ahora contaba con más fondos y popularidad que el mismo Vince. Vince nunca se imaginó que este momento fuera a llegar tan rápido, pensaba que tendría que ayudar muchos más años a su amigo, pero ahora todo había cambiado.

Miguel lo había superado en todos los aspectos, tenía más experiencia con las nuevas generaciones, sabía lo que les gustaba y tenía mucha más popularidad y dinero. Y es aquí donde se encontraba la decisión que podía cambiar su futuro y la reputación que alcanzó. Tenía poder legal sobre el material de Miguel, podía reclamar créditos, dinero por su ayuda durante años y en general pedir compensación en varios aspectos. Pero Vince tomó la decisión correcta, nunca dejó que la envidia lo dominara, aunque tenía el poder para hacer fácilmente aquellas cosas no las hizo.

He handed over all the legal and financial assets of his business to his friend and continued to advise him as much as he could until Miguel could manage on his own. Vince felt immense satisfaction seeing the fruits of their labor come to fruition. It was obvious the student had surpassed the teacher, but when that happens with someone you care about, it only brings joy. The wise decision preserved their friendship, and they still work together. And best of all, Vince's career is now impeccable, and he's happy.
