I used to not have the rule but just being honest there were some not active or hardly active accounts that looked shady who joined in and looked like they were run by same people or group who always cut off other guesses and seemed to team up to win, So I came up with the minimum rule. Just a way to be fair to the accounts who support the prize and not letting dozens of spam accounts jump in to take prize. I’d rather have it to smaller group if the additional accounts don’t add to prize value u know? just more fair to other accounts. Sorry about that.
I let the smaller accounts who played before rule send a fee and still play. sorry about that. Some spam accounts ruined it for everybody. If u wanna play and send a fee let me know.
