I think the DHF is the main issue, but I do think that 15% APR on HBD savings is not sustainable right now. I do have HBD in savings.

        The DHF definitely is not helping but the APR also contributes to it. Without the HBD paiments on post rewards, the quantity of HBD in circulation started to be reduced but it's still not enough. Every HBD less printed, helps to avoid the haircut.
