As @vincentnijman says; calendula - or marigold, its common name. It is a great cure-all and a wonderful companion plant in the garden, bringing its benefits both to us and to other plants 🙏👑🌟
You certainly can; this and many other flowers, wild plants and tree leaves.... We make a lot of flower, herb and spice blends, since we gave up caffeine/ black tea/ coffee 🤗🪷🫖🙏👑
It's delicate, like many flowers - it makes a great tonic & strengthening tea, mixed with e.g. nettles, rose and sage 🙏🫖
