Nach der Arbeit habe ich mich ganz spontan entschieden, einen Mini-Basketballkorb zu kaufen, weil ich mit meiner Freundin ausgemacht hatte, dass wir zusammen zocken. Ist zwar kein hochprofessionelles Ding, aber es funktioniert erstaunlich gut und hat richtig Spaß gemacht! Ich glaube, jeder von uns hat heute insgesamt 10 Spiele gespielt – und wir hatten sogar eine Wette laufen.
Dank dieser Wette hat mir meine Kalorienbilanz heute einen kleinen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht, denn ich habe einen McFlurry gewonnen.
Abends haben wir dann noch eine Runde Beat Saber gezockt. Scheinbar bin ich nicht so gut in dem Spiel, wie ich dachte. Bei Breaking the Habit haben wir beide ziemlich versagt.

After work, I spontaneously decided to buy a mini basketball hoop since my girlfriend and I had planned to play. It’s not a professional one, but it works surprisingly well and was a lot of fun! I think we both played about 10 games, and we even had a little bet going.
That bet kind of messed up my calorie balance today… because I won a McFlurry.
Later in the evening, we played a round of Beat Saber. Turns out, I’m not as good at the game as I thought. We both totally failed at Breaking the Habit.

Was gab es heute zu essen?
- Zum Frühstück: 2 Scheiben Schwarzbrot mit Gouda Light
- Mittags: Nudelsalat mit einem Brötchen
- Abends: Selbstgemachte Currywurst mit Pommes
- Und natürlich… der McFlurry
Trotzdem bin ich noch im Defizit – und darauf bin ich echt stolz!

- Breakfast: 2 slices of black bread with Gouda Light
- Lunch: Pasta salad with a bread roll
- Dinner: Homemade currywurst with fries
- And of course… the McFlurry
Even with that, I’m still in a calorie deficit—and I’m really proud of that!
