🇩🇪 Deutsch

Nach der Arbeit war ich heute beim Friseur, weil es für mich nächste Woche mal wieder auf Dienstreise geht. Zum Glück bin ich pünktlich vor Karneval wieder zurück – allerdings komme ich mitten in der Nacht an. Ich hoffe, ich kriege genug Schlaf.

Bewegungstechnisch war heute nicht viel los. Ich war in der Mittagspause ein bisschen spazieren, das war’s dann aber auch schon. Mein Tagesablauf ist momentan echt ungünstig. Ich komme meistens erst deutlich nach 20 Uhr nach Hause – und dann habe ich oft noch nicht mal etwas gegessen.

After work, I went to the barber today because I’m going on a business trip next week. Luckily, I’ll be back just in time for Carnival—though I’ll be arriving in the middle of the night. Hopefully, I’ll get enough sleep.

Movement-wise, there wasn’t much going on today. I went for a short walk during my lunch break, and that was it. My daily routine is pretty messed up right now. I usually don’t get home until well past 8 PM—and by then, I often haven’t even eaten yet.

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?

Zum Frühstück gab es zwei Scheiben Schwarzbrot mit Käse.

Mittags hatte ich einen Nudelsalat mit Weizenbrötchen.

Abends habe ich mir Tortellini mit Schinkenfüllung gemacht – dazu eine Hähnchenkeule. Super random, aber ich hatte diesmal einfach keine Lust auf Reis. Passt aber nicht zusammen, kann ich euch sagen.

What about the calories?

For breakfast, I had two slices of black bread with cheese.

For lunch, I had a pasta salad with a wheat roll.

For dinner, I made ham-filled tortellini—with a chicken drumstick. Super random, but I just didn’t feel like rice today. I can tell you though, it does not go well together.

Sooo, jetze bin ich auch wieder aktiver hier :D

Bei dir klingt das ja wild. Friseur soweit gut, aber die Dienstreise bis Karneval... Hart. Aber amchste das Beste drauß!

Dein Tagesablauf klingt tatsächlich wild. Und garnicht so gesund... Hoffentlich wird auch das besser werden!

Essenstechnisch klingt das schon etwas wild, aber so entstehen die geilsten Gerichte!
Hähnchen mit Tortellini. Klingt eigentlich ganz geil!
