》 ate healthy and had much less sweets. cravings died down and saved money!
》 started jogging again and found it quite fun.
》 very productive week. kept up work schedule and got two big deadlines finally done!

》 overworked thanks to last week's procrastination (no regrets tho lol)

》 didn't give up on trying to fix my eating
》 re-established work schedule with these habits: using the study hall and eating that frog
》 took on projects that expanded my skillset
》 an important one: learned to manage stress by letting go of what i can't control
》 other habits: saving money, taking vitamins
what went wrong?
》 unfortunately, still haven't fixed my eating patterns (it's a learning process)
》 kept having and craving too much sugar
》 didn't work on new apps, portfolio & upskilling
》 still doom scrolling~
how will i improve?
》 keep fine-tuning eating habits
》 (focus on eating less sugar!)
》 hopefully keep up jogging & start working out
