The week was well balanced. I decided to commit the next few months to exercise and spending time outdoors.

How will I improve?
I had planned to spend the next two weeks working on special projects. My focus has changed and I need to be thoughtful about my approach if I want to accomplish anything. I will spend time each morning laying out a rough outline of my day and try to remember to use my GTD app as well.
