I met my sleep goal every day and did a workout this week, which I’m super proud of considering how I’ve been feeling the last couple of weeks. I still struggled to get things done this week, but I’m slowly working toward building back those habits.I’ve set up app blockers and schedules for my phone to automatically go on Do Not Disturb and redirect me to more productive apps, so that I don’t automatically run to easy dopamine like social media.
