My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2025

I am always hungry and grazing. Without calorie counting, I went to the internet to see about how much is normal. And these are the approximate portions by weight. Actually, there should have been more vegetables, but I wanted a reasonable amount of vegetables for tomorrows food. It seems like a lot.... no wonder I am always hungry between meals!

Chicken tenders: chicken dipped in milk/egg and a flour/seasoning batter. Baked, not fried.

Vegetables: asparagus, brussel sprouts, red onion, avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, almond slices, garlic slices. Baked. Probably for too long.

Potatoes: potatoes, some butter and milk, salt, garlic.
