Even when the relationship with our finances starts in our head, we have to set limits, when it comes to helping friends and even family.
In these difficult times my strategies are different because I live in a country where the family economic situation is very rough, so I think we have to see prosperity from the showcase and understand that we too can and should decide for our economic well-being, especially when it comes to helping our family and friends in lean times.
Currently for my husband and me.person it is essential to communicate openly, we plan purchases, avoid ant expenses and, if possible, invest to protect money from super inflation that hits the basic food basket and health.
We have created a detailed budget, unnecessary expenses have been kept to a minimum, in fact our joint savings goals are different and we prioritize high-interest debts, yet we help two people who currently have very complex health problems.
I also think that according to the context where we live, the relationship we have with money should be considered, which is not defined only by how much we earn (income- expenses) it is defined by the decisions we make, by the beliefs we carry and by the stories we keep repeating without realizing it...For example: in my country, our finances cost us more, to access reality - real, imagine, the income of a social security pensioner is 0.28 cents. How to help the most needy friends and family? It is complex, because the real financial system in particular, from my experience, in my country, is oriented to confuse, create false certainties and establish consumption patterns of conformists and "happy" consumers, who create expectations that are destructive red flags.
If we work hard and the money is still not enough, the problem is not the income... it's the address. When there is no order, money goes away, pressure grows and dreams are postponed. I believe that if we give direction to our life, our finances will follow us.
Big hug for everyone. Nice day. Janitze.🐝
