Hey Actifitters,
With the beautiful sunny weather yesterday, I thought we might go to one of the local parks, but in the end I didn't feel like driving and the view was already beautiful just from our backyard anyways.

Just in case, we checked again with Le Chat if she wanted to join for a walk, but from a new comfy spot she found, the answer was once again very clear.

Kaia on the other hand was very impatient, so we started a long walk behind the front yard.

I knew we'd get awesome views of the early sunset in our little forest.

After a bit of jumping, Kaia focused on chasing a few squirrels. They seemed to be out and about, probably because most of the snow melted.

It was still early but the golden hour colors started, great contrast with the blue sky.

But I also wanted to go to the bigger forest, we had plenty of time compared to some of the week days.

And the sun wasn't even fully hidden yet.

We had enough time to go further in the forest to catch some different views.

Of course, Kaia couldn't resist a little climbing when we arrived near the clearing in the middle of the forest.

Final sunset moments over the icy trails, I just can't get enough of these views!

When we made it to the teepees though, the sun had finally disappeared completely behind the trees.

So we caught the very last colors near the main street.

And Kaia led us on the trail one last time before it got dark.

Overall, it was a very nice walk, and it brought enough steps to reach the bar for #poprzeczka competition. It's a bit surprising but it's still a clean sheet in December. It's becoming interesting now, and challenging. Let's see how it goes this new week.
As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
