Do you consider your self fit/ Healthy?

Good day my beautiful friends from this community it's my pleasure to be here with you and i know you are in a safe hands and in a healthy condition.

I consider every one answered to this question to be yes because i don't think if there will be someone that like or want to be sick at all times.

Definding health as the way of being completely free from diseases, Both mentally, physically, emotionally and social Well being.

While the fitness is whensome one is carrying exercise may be by walking, running or any other exercise his or her body can carry without getting tried easley.

Health is wealth like we use to say because without healthy body, the body system can not function well

Every one is taking about health health. But the question is how do you take care of your health? Do you respond to your body when it's necessary.

To become healthy requires to eat good food, exercise the body and go to medical checkup at least twice or three times in a year to know how the body system is.

Because there are some people who are healthy but are not physically and mentally fit. Due to one thing or the other.

I consider myself Being healthy and fit enough although i don't exercise regularly but the little i do is good with my body. and my body shape is normal and okay for me. so i don't intend to loose my body shape again. Infact i like the way i am because im not a fat person. Please don't misunderstand me when i say that. And sometimes i do my long walk to enable my body fit. Also i eat enough fruits and veggies, drinking enough water at least five to six litters daily. To help my body system function well.

It doesn't mean that exercise is only for fat people.every one need exercise because it helps to control body shape, weight, sleep well and ect.

In conclusion having a good health and being fit requires good food taking the six classes of food and exercising the body daily. Will help the body system function well.

You are truly right about what you said ain't no way the body will function properly if we don't take care of our healths and exercise daily so that we feel the energy to practice on any daily activities and don't stress too much about them because we know that our bodies are so qualified for any challenges that may arise. Living a healthy life is in a circle, it's through our thought patterns, daily life style then added with both exercises and intake of quality food and fruits suitable for our kind of body because there are body types.

Yeah. Doing exercises and eating good food is the way to healthy body.
