We spend a huge part of our lives working, yet many people don't actually enjoy what they do for a living. If you had enough money to never worry about bills again, would you still choose to work, and what would you spend your time doing?
What I would spend my time doing is probably scrolling on social media till sleep takes me to a dream world👀.
Just kidding, I prefer to draw and make people around me laugh and would finally do what I've always wanted, which is to learn how to paint stunning art using a paintbrush and paper.
(I sometimes wonder why I have this in mind rather than inventing something as an engineering student. 😩)
The first sentence got me smiling 😁.... Being an engineering student doesn't really count to not desire something else. I'm a drawing artist so I understand the magnet that attracts you to art

It's actually nice to hear that. Truthfully, I'm used to hearing criticism, and so far it's been my siblings that have kept me going, but if some fantasy could become real, I'd be in a painting tower. 🤤

I have been seeing you lately... so trying to crave some of that attitude of yours.
Those places are quite hard to harness the right way, but also the ones that have the most potential
To be honest I have tried to pass it on but the Indians and Pakistani are different people with a mindset to have something like get done quickly rather than a bit slow. Which is why even if they land in here, they don't stick around. We should keep pushing especially as the price is low at the moment so could be a good opportunity to take advantage of. @sagarkothari88 is doing amazing especially the google sign in.

A good boss can make work enjoyable, but money can make leaving difficult.
If you had to choose, would you tolerate a difficult boss for a bigger paycheck or accept less money for a healthier work environment?
Would you rather have a difficult boss who pays well or a great boss who pays less?
Which one matters more to you?
This question got me thinking if a job I once left because of how verbal abusive the boss was, had a lot to do with how I chose to react to his behaviours or it's really all about just his behaviour.
You know sometimes we don't even consciously react to these abusive bosses but because mentally we're tired and sick of those act
Our condition has conditioned us not to react to those types of boss because of the money sometimes
That's really too bad, I'm learning to not let that be the case for me anymore sha. Relying on another human for survival can be very risky if the person is messed up.
Not really like you're relying though. It's just the fear of not getting another source of income when you're actually in dire need of one
Hmmm see phrases..... Mostly when unemployment rate is increasing day by day and the fear of not having another job on time struck us hard

Verbal abusive? Some people are called "boss" with zero boss quality in them. They always think being like that will make people respect them or be afraid of them

I didn't spend up to a month to get my next salary when he became so abusive.
I think if someone knows how to navigate and react better to situations, he or she could work with a difficult boss. Some of them can even be changed over time when the employee proves undisturbed by their attitudes.
You think they change? Most of them are permanently endowed with the attitude that it leaves them for no minute

Yeah, it's a very rare case where they actually change or be less abusive though. But yeah, a lot are unchangeable. 😂
They don't and will never change except they are sick. You can't function well around them if your tolerance level is low.

I have a very close pal who works in an Archi firm with a though boss that was also verbally abusive. He tolerated him for sometimes but he eventually left after he didn't change. Verbal abusive+hostile boss and work environment is mentally bad for anyone
