Chicken liver is one of my favorite foods.
I usually stir fry chicken liver parts in some olive oil with lemon juice, oregano, and salt, and accompany it with pasta, for example, linguini, or rice.
Simple ingredients.
Unfortunately, not all people in my family share my taste for fried chicken liver.
No matter how hard I try to convince them that it's a delicious and highly nutritional dish, they won't be convinced.
Little do they know what they miss out!
