My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2026

in Actifit15 days ago (edited)

Another great day up in Flagstaff with Lulu enjoying some hiking at altitude with a lot of like-minded people.

We started off with a good 3 or so miles hiking up Mars Mesa along the Thorpe road (our commonly used route up in Flagstaff).
As usual Lulu took right off and was trotting out in front as we hiked up the gradual ascent before turning onto the mesa road that would begin a much steeper climb.
Then it was another hard mile up to the turnaround point for a rest and then return downhill.

Then it was up to Buffalo Park (just a few miles away) for and easier 2 mile high plateau loop with the mountains rising nearby.

Since we were above 7000 feet even a level walk was a bit more strenuous but the natural beauty of the area made everyone happy.
Lulu was having a great time checking everything and giving other people lots of attention.

Overall I felt good even though the activity conditions weren't taxing and I didn't run today but the time outdoors more than made up for this.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and let's have another good week.
Take care my Actifit friends.
