Another hot and sunny day so my run was a pretty slow and tired effort out and back on the recreational path. Too bad we had to cover additional volunteer shifts this holiday weekend so I'm feeling pretty tired at this
point.
It's been a busy Memorial Day weekend here at the hatchery and my long shifts entailed
plenty of walking the grounds and trails so my step total was good. I had to fit in my run during the break between shifts which was another reason for a shorter run.
Another hot and long day tomorrow.
